Custom turn around time depends on if I have the specimens in stock or need to order them in specifically for you.

Deposits of 20% are required for custom pieces, is non-refundable but will be deducted from the final price!!

Memorial turn around time all depends on the time it takes to hydrate preserve and dry your pets. I will keep you updated on every step and treat your pets with the respect and dignity they deserve. Previously have done memorials of jumping spiders up to tarantulas, mantids, scorpions & phasmids. Payments for memorials don’t need to be paid until everything is complete and you are happy with the piece.
